Have you recently been told that by 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 to another Debt Counsellor you can get a "𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗧" from Debt Review.

⚠️ 𝗕𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹. We are seeing an increase in consumers being promised a fast removal from Debt Review after the introduction of the new Transfer Guideline. In many cases, consumers pay substantial fees only to discover that 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 because their debts have 𝗡𝗢𝗧 been settled.

A 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗘𝗥 simply changes your Debt Counsellor – it 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 end your Debt Review or remove your legal obligations.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

There are only 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 to exit Debt Review, including:
✅ Being found 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥-𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗕𝗧𝗘𝗗 where the law permits.
✅ Obtaining a court order where applicable before a debt review order has been granted.
✅ Receiving a 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟳𝟭 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘 once you have met the legal requirements by settling the required debts.

💡 𝗜𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 to remove you from Debt Review without following the legal process, 𝗔𝗦𝗞 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 before paying any money.
