The Road Accident Fund (RAF) welcomes the Supreme Court of Appeal judgment regarding the RAF 1 Form and remains committed to ensuring accessible services and efficient claims processing for all road accident victims.

The RAF will:
✔️ Review operational processes in line with the SCA judgment
✔️ Continue administering claims efficiently and fairly
✔️ Engage the Minister of Transport on a revised RAF 1 Form within 6 months
✔️ Launch a communication campaign to assist claimants whose claims were rejected due to outstanding documents

Claimants are encouraged to continue lodging claims through available RAF platforms and channels.
