🚛 GIT vs HCV Cover: Know the Difference 🚛

🌟Employee Spotlight: Ntombifuthi Sindane🌟

This month, we're proud to introduce Ntombifuthi Sindane, Claims Administrator at VAPS HCV Insurance.

Ntombifuthi plays an important role in supporting our Heavy Commercial Vehicle claims process, working closely with brokers, clients, repairers, and suppliers to ensure claims are registered accurately and handled efficiently.

Before joining VAPS, she completed a National Certificate (Vocational) Level 4 in Engineering Graphics and Design, where she gained both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in vehicle maintenance and safety. This technical background provides valuable insight into the Heavy Commercial Vehicle industry and supports her role within our claims team.

With 18 months of claims administration experience, Ntombifuthi is committed to delivering professional service and helping our clients navigate the claims process with confidence.
