STURNS is a respected Business Rescue Practice offering Business Rescue Services and Business Rescue consulting services as defined in the Companies Act 71 of 2008, specifically Chapter 6. STURNS wishes to build up a reputation as a successful business rescue practice and as such is in the process of training its personnel under a mentorship program as well as utilising in-house developed
programmes to develop a team of highly trained practitioners. The highlights of the firm's achievements are the successful rescue of a business in the agricultural sector where STURNS acted on behalf of the workers who brought a court application to place the business into rescue. As part of social responsibility the work was conducted on a pro bono basis.
