General Union (PTY) Ltd is looking for an experienced and qualified long term insurance sales consultant to join our team.
AREA: RUSTENBURG / EDENVALE
The consultant will be selling long term insurance policies and regularly interact with new clients.
Job Requirements
· Must be goal & target driven;
· Must be able to work in a team & be very attentive to excellent client service;
· Must have own transport;
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
Must have:
· Matric;
· RE 5 Certificate;
· Recognised qualification / 120 NQF credits
· Relevant Class of business certificates;
· At least 2 years’ experience in Long term insurance sales.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Interact with new clients for assistance with insurance quotes;
· Do proper financial planning;
· Do comparative quotes for clients;
· Complying with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
· Issue the selected policies & liaising with consultants from insurers on a regular basis regarding after sales
· Queries from clients;
· Provide ongoing after sales service such as claims, policy amendments etc. where needed;
· Do annual reviews;
· Assist in marketing the products provided by the company;
· Do regular training to make sure you stay in line with fit & proper regulation;
Remuneration:
· Basic Salary + commission
· Group benefits included.
