Crebus was created to focus on risk reduction programmes by bringing experts and specialist companies together and offer integrated workable and sustainable solutions to complement the already impressive disaster risk reduction solutions portfolio offered by it’s sister company DMS. Our main purpose is to provide creative, simple and easy to use business solutions in order to maximise efforts, simplify business processes and enhance performance and deliverables of our clients.

In addition, the bull’s dam must achieve Elite cow status in the same year he receives his Gold Merit award.

Ferdie Mocke is the Director Agriculture and Environment for Africa Smart City Developers.

Ferdie is an experienced strategic- and business planning facilitator with exposure to different types of businesses in the energy, financial, services, manufacturing, health, environment and agricultural industries. He has extensive private enterprise managerial experience.

During his 17 years with Eskom, he was the Head of Corporate Emergency Preparedness responsible for policy and overseeing the implementation of emergency preparedness plans in all Eskom’s National Key Points. He also served as District Manager as well as Electrification Manager of the Pretoria Distributor.
Since Ferdie left Eskom, he has been actively involved in Disaster Risk Management and Business Continuity Management training and consultation. Ferdie is also one of the specialists responsible for the writing of the National Disaster Management Framework published in 2005. He consulted and acted as programme manager for DME, ESKOM, DBSA, NER on the development of an integrated GIS bases planning model.
He is currently Director of several companies, inter alia:

VIRTUAL INTEGRATED ACADEMY – enabling partner, enhancing business and government performance ensuring a prosperous Southern Africa. VIA strives to develop personal competencies to ensure sustainable & successful businesses enabling economic growth and stability.

Edith has a proven track record of executive level leadership in the public, corporate and not-for-profit sector coupled with a distinguished academic tenure and accomplished research background. Her employment history includes Director General for the Department of Small Business Development in September 2015, Director General at the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF); Executive Head of the Independent Development Trust (IDT); Director of Community Development at the Department of Welfare; and Associate Professor at the University of the Western Cape.
