So many people's lives has been influenced by accidents, either motor vehicles, taxis, motorcycles, cycles, buses or third parties. For this reason I started an assessment company to assist these people to successfully lodge claims against the Road Accident Fund or relevant third parties. I teamed up with a highly successful legal firm and we are looking forward to be of assistance.
Claims can be lodged for serious bodily injuries, loss of support and third party claims eg. animal attacks.
For claims against the Road Accident Fund the accidents cannot be older than 24 months. Claims against third parties
does not have an expiry date.
