Senior Broker Consultant Required

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and senior-level Broker Consultant to join our team in the Western Cape. As a Senior Broker Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding Hollard's market presence by leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with brokers in the region while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Forge and maintain strong relationships with brokers in the Western Cape, promoting and selling Hollard's diverse range of insurance products.
Utilize your senior-level experience to drive sales growth, understanding broker needs, and effectively presenting and selling insurance solutions.
Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and advanced training sessions to brokers, ensuring they effectively represent Hollard's offerings.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (underwriting, claims, marketing) to address broker and client needs promptly and efficiently.
Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify strategic opportunities for business development.
Compile and present detailed reports on sales performance, market insights, and improvement strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior-level insurance sales or broker consulting position ( Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous )
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets at a senior capacity.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Extensive network and proven ability in building lasting relationships within the insurance industry.
Profound knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape.
