Key Responsibilities:
Assessing a client’s financial needs and developing a tailored portfolio for the client.
Conducting outbound calls
Ensuring non-asset client base is covered.
Providing excellent customer service by identifying clients’ financial needs
Ensuring that each client is treated fairly and given the best possible service.

Key Requirements:
National Senior Certificate/Matric
Collaborate effectively with others in fast changing environment
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of financial sector
Strong computer literacy
Good understanding of financial service industry
Ability to independently resolve client questions and queries
3 years call centre experience
1 years debt review experience

Digital /Social Media Sales Consultant:

Minimum of 2years experience as a social media specialist /similar role

Social Media Strategist using social media brand awareness

Excellent Knowledge of Facebook,Linked In ,Pinterest Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

Understanding SEO and web traffic metrics

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Good understanding of Social Media KPIs

Our busy callcentre in Claremont is expanding. We are in need of someone to be the bridge between the technical aspects of the business and employees and provide basic tech support where needed. Training will be provided, you just need to have a basic understanding of technology and computers in general.
