The is very important and i cannot stress it enough.

When clients ask me how much money can they make? My answer is always, how much are you willing to lose?

For eg:

If you have invested $1000 and you are willing to lose or risk 10% per month i.e $100 per month then we will target growth of between 10% and 20% depending in our risk to reward.

Risking 10% per month also means that you will have to lose for 100 months to blow your entire account.

So, trading is all about risk management, iv learned this the hardway like most other traders. If you manage risk correctly and have a good strategu, you will be profitable!
