80% of security breaches are successful because of poorly trained security staff. Security personnel are crucial to keeping residents and staff safe. The industry’s current Security Officer accredited training is mostly theory and once the guard has passed the test, the theory is frequently forgotten and does very little in the way of preparing the guard to proactively and reactively protect your Business or Security Estate. Lack of motivation is also a problem, along with frequent changes in security personnel.

Good training is expensive and may take guards away from their duties. This is why it is usually one of the lowest priorities for a guarding company. ACTRED training is delivered on the job and is specific to the role of the guard, and to the customized policies and procedures. Guards are presented with actual situations that they might face through role-playing and are trained to problem-solve the situation as a team.

Red Team Testing is aimed at revealing real-world opportunities that would allow malicious insiders and criminals to compromise security systems. This type of test takes the form of an attack simulation, and tests the various components of a security system. It is carried out by our highly trained security consultants.
Red Team Testing forms one of the core components of our quality assurance programme and helps us to:
* Identify physical and human vulnerabilities
* Obtain a more realistic understanding of risk for your residential estate or commercial property
* Address and fix all identified security weaknesses
