1) On daily we have a Massive downtrend for the past year

2) The market structure has created two trendline touches

3) We are heading for a third touch on this major downtrend trendline

4) What makes this interesting is that we are approaching the major trend with a micro trend / counter trend / pattern that will help us identify when structure has changed on lower timeframe

Overall we are bearish on Nasdaq until it breaks this major trend
