📌 BTC: According to CryptoQuant, Bitcoin is approaching a historical “oversold” zone where major market bottoms have often formed, but it has not reached that level yet, suggesting there may still be room for further downside. BlackRock has again moved BTC and ETH to exchanges, while clients continue to sell. Retail investors are buying the dip, but whales remain cautious, according to Santiment. Bitcoin is also on track for its worst week since the FTX collapse.

📌 Altcoins: SAHARA plunged 60% after the Sahara AI token crashed. The team says the project remains operational and has launched an investigation. Sahara AI recently raised $43 million from investors including Binance and Pantera Capital.

📌 CLARITY Act: More than 200 crypto companies have sent a letter to the US Congress urging lawmakers to pass the CLARITY Act as soon as possible.

📌 XLM: Stellar unveiled its Quantum Preparedness Plan (QPP), a roadmap for transitioning the Stellar Network to quantum-resistant cryptography.
