Our Women of the Week goes to Cheryl Geyer and Jacqueline Damingo 🙌.
WOTW 1: Cheryl Geyer
Chery has built incredibly strong relationships with her stakeholders, creating countless opportunities for her team and opening doors that continue to make a difference.
She is in the field daily, often from the early hours of the morning, doing Joint Field Work and providing hands-on support to her agents. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to developing her team truly stand out.
Her presence and presentation in the field have also played a huge role in helping her agents consistently achieve the numbers they do week after week.
WOW 2: Jacqueline Damingo
Jacky truly went above and beyond this week. She worked closely with a union and showed incredible commitment by investing in her own business and paying for her accommodation to ensure she could make the most of the opportunity.
She sacrificed valuable family time and spent four days away from her son, while working tirelessly day and night across different institutions. Her dedication, determination and willingness to make personal sacrifices in pursuit of her goals are truly commendable.
Most importantly, her sacrifices paid off, with 8 sales secured !
