Happy Payday 😁. Paying yourself first means that you should set aside money from each paycheck as soon as you receive it. Rather than waiting to see if anything is left over to save at the end of the month.

Here are 3 things you need to do on payday:

1. Pay yourself first - invest at least 10% of your salary
2. Budget - for the following month, so you know exactly where your money is going.
3. Payslip - check it and make sure you were paid the correct amount
