For more than two decades, Lucille has stood proudly alongside Duncan, but her role in our story goes far beyond that.

She’s the creative force behind the scenes, bringing style, elegance and personality to our offices and making the annual Excellence Awards an evening to remember, from beautiful themes to fun activities and all the special touches in between. ✨

But above all, Lucille is simply Lucille, a real person with a tenacious spirit, a big heart, and a deep love for her family and the greater Third Age Group family. ❤️

We continue to unpack Duncan Cairns’ inspiring talk to CUT’s 3rd-year Agriculture students.
