✅ Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years’ short-term insurance administrative experience
• RE5 Certificate (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with insurance systems (Tial, System A, Santam)
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to brokers
• Manage client enquiries, quotations, applications, renewals, and policy amendments
• Liaise with insurers and financial institutions
• Maintain compliant client records and documentation
• Support regulatory compliance and training requirements
