We, Venshaw Insurance Administrators, are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy.
Duties:
· Daily unpaid
· Cancellations
· Daily premium related queries
· Monthly commission recon, all insurers
· Renasa admin fee calculations
· Monthly Debit Order run
· Month end reporting
· Monthly Bordereaux run
· Submit Premium, commission, fees and Vaps
· Loading of claims on the bank
· Agent commission
· Load new agents on Flexi
· Update M&M codes on Flexi
· User and Administrator Management
· Stationery control and New Orders
· Manage SMS Portal
· IT Issues
· Ordering of Office supplies
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounts department
Valid Driver’s License and own transport
