The province is bracing for a powerful cut-off low-pressure system expected to hit from Wednesday, 3 June, into Thursday, 4 June.

- Level 8 impact-based warning issued for the Garden Route — especially Bitou, Knysna, and George.
- These areas could see up to 200mm of rain over two days.
