DEBT COLLECTOR CALL CENTER AGENTS NEEDED
Sustainable Collection Services (PTY) Ltd, a leading debt collection company based in Alberton, are seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals with strong debt collection skills (minimum 2 year experience) in a Debt Collection Call Center environment.
Requirements:
* Must have worked as a call center debt collection agent in the past 3 years.
*Target driven and motivated.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills, assertive, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
*Maintain & update debtor’s data on the in-house system.
*Negotiate with debtors on payment amount as per terms / settlement discounts of the campaigns.
*Respond on sms, email, campaign or any queries from debtors within a set time frame.
*Reaching the required targets on a monthly basis.
*Landline contactable references essential
