Kevin Mayer-Married at the age of 21, while still in university, finances became a big part of my life. By making sure that we were able to stay out of debt, I began to develop a passion for finances. After completing my course through CAAMP I obtained my FSCO License to become a fully qualified mortgage agent. By working with The Wilson Team, I have access to over 30 year of experience in the industry.I believe that a home has a different meaning for every individual. For some, a home may be a place to call your own, somewhere to relax and spend time with your family. For others, a home may be an investment vehicle, used to grow your personal financial portfolio. Whatever a home means to you, I can help you achieve your goals! I understand that people have differences in what they want out of their home, and we pride ourselves in offering you personalized, professional service that suits you. Because we work with not just one, but multiple banks, we are able to provide options for you. You may be a first time home buyer, a repeat buyer, or someone looking to get into the world of rentals! We can help with any of the above, and much more.We are not paid until your mortgage is completed; this means that we are working for you, and with you to find you the best mortgage! Why negotiate with the banks, who will give you a hard time. We can help get the best rate available by negotiation on your behalf.
