General information
TERMS AND CONDITIONS __________________________________________________________________________________________ - The quality of the commission is agreed upon on receipt of a deposit, in the case of a test model being completed this is indicative of the standards of the final piece. In the case of an image being selected from the Basilisk Studios gallery as a scheme this is then indicative of the quality being received. - Estimated timescales are agreed upon on receipt of a deposit, these timescales are estimates only and can vary depending on delivery times and outside factors. In the case of a delay the client will be informed as soon as possible. - The client is responsible for ensuring all models are received by Basilisk Studios in good condition and for paying for suitable insurance to mail the completed commission back. This includes covering packaging and postage costs. Basilisk Studios takes no responsibility for losses in posting products and will not send a commission without the appropriate value of insurance being paid. - Models will be assembled, painted and based in line with the clients request and the quote given is reflective of the initial agreement. Changes or additions to the number of models, paint scheme, basing or additional services after this stage may incur addition costs and/or delay completion of the commission. - Upon receipt of the deposit Basilisk Studios will have committed to costs in regards to the commission. Deposits are non-refundable in this regard. - Basilisk Studios will maintain communication with the client throughout their commission and can provide progress updates and photographs upon request. - Completed commissions will not be dispatched until the final cost is paid in full. Clients will be given full photographic evidence of the completion of their commission and are then responsible for paying the remainder of the invoice and the return postage (including insurance and packaging). - Proof of postage will be provided to the client upon dispatch of their commission via email - Basilisk Studios retains the rights to use photographs of completed commissions on their site and future advertising.
