I would like to announce that I have joined FMS Investor Financing as a Investor Lending Consultant. I am no longer with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and I thank that great company for the opportunity to work there these past few years.

FMS INVESTOR PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
⭐ NO Income verification. Program uses 100% of the market rent to qualify
⭐ NO sourcing of liquid assets. Can pool money from multiple partners, friends, family to purchase property.
⭐ Rental property purchase programs up to eight units
⭐ FIX and FLIP loans for as little as 10% down for acquisition and renovation financing up to 75% of the After Rehabbed Value
⭐ Can purchase using an LLC
⭐ There is a required minimal investment for all programs. These are not programs if you have little to no funds.
⭐ We will have speakers that identify and wholesale off market properties for investors
