Mesyuarat Lembaga Pengarah Permodalan Darul Ta’zim (PDT) Kali Ke-37 (Bil. 1/2026) telah berlangsung dan dipengerusikan oleh Menteri Besar Johor, YAB Dato’ Onn Hafiz Ghazi, bertempat di Pejabat Pengurusan PDT.
Antara agenda utama mesyuarat ialah pembentangan bertajuk “Honouring the Past, Inspiring the Future: Menelusuri Legasi, Mencipta Inspirasi” oleh Presiden dan Ketua Eksekutif Kumpulan PDT, Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman.
Mesyuarat turut membentangkan pelaporan dan pengesahan pencapaian PDT sepanjang tempoh kepimpinan Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman dari tahun 2021 hingga 2026, yang merangkumi pelbagai pencapaian dan perkembangan penting dalam memperkukuh kedudukan serta hala tuju PDT.
Mesyuarat kemudiannya disusuli dengan sesi penyampaian sijil dan plak penghargaan kepada Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman sebagai tanda penghargaan atas segala jasa, sumbangan, dedikasi dan kepimpinan beliau sepanjang menerajui PDT.
Penghargaan ini mencerminkan apresiasi terhadap komitmen beliau dalam memacu kemajuan PDT serta meninggalkan legasi yang akan terus menjadi landasan dalam meneruskan aspirasi dan hala tuju PDT pada masa hadapan.

The 37th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Permodalan Darul Ta’zim (PDT) (No. 1/2026) was held and chaired by the Menteri Besar of Johor, YAB Dato’ Onn Hafiz Ghazi at the PDT Management Office.
Among the key agenda was a presentation entitled “Honouring the Past, Inspiring the Future: Menelusuri Legasi, Mencipta Inspirasi” by the President & Group Chief Executive of PDT, Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman.
The meeting also included the presentation of PDT’s achievements throughout Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman’s tenure from 2021 to 2026, including various significant achievements and developments in strengthening PDT’s position and direction.
The meeting was subsequently followed by the presentation of certificate and plaque to Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman as a token of appreciation for his invaluable service, contributions, dedication and leadership throughout his tenure at PDT.
This recognition reflects his commitment in driving PDT’s progress and leaving a lasting legacy that will continue to serve as a foundation for pursuing PDT’s aspirations and direction in the future.
In attendance were the Johor State Secretary, YB Dato’ Mohammed Ridha Dato’ Abd Kadir; Johor State Financial Officer, YB Dato’ Mohd Noorazam Dato’ Osman; Chairman of the Johor State Housing and Local Government Committee, YB Dato’ Haji Mohd Jafni Md Shukor and Chairman of the Investment, Trade, Consumer Affairs and Human Resources Committee, YB Tuan Lee Ting Han.
Also present were the Deputy Secretary-General (Policy) of the Ministry of Economy, YBhg Datuk Dr. Zunika Mohamed; Chairman of PDT’s Governance, Risk & Audit Committee (GRAC), Dato’ Ishak Sahari; Deputy Johor State Secretary (Development), Haji Ahmad Nazir Mohd Nasir and President & Group Chief Executive of PDT, YB Dato’ Ramlee A. Rahman, together with the PDT senior management team.
