🏠 Could refinancing your home loan save you thousands?
It’s not just about finding a lower interest rate.
Timing matters. And so do the costs.
Before you refinance, it’s worth looking at:
📌 Your current interest rate vs new options
📌 Break or discharge fees
📌 Application and valuation costs
📌 Your remaining loan term
📌 Your loan features, such as offset and redraw
📌 Whether refinancing could help with your future property plans
A lower rate can potentially save you money over time, but refinancing isn’t automatically a better deal.
For example, if the new loan comes with higher fees, you have a fixed loan with break costs, or you extend your loan term, the savings may not be as big as they first appear.
💡 The goal isn’t simply to get a lower rate. It’s to make sure the overall loan makes sense for you.
As your Pinoy Mortgage Broker, I can help you compare your current loan with other available options and look at the bigger picture.
