Sometimes Chat does just enough to persuade me to not delete it!

I asked ChatGPT, “Show me peeling off a ghost costume to apologize for ghosting you.” I’m not too worried about AI taking my job anytime soon!

You may have noticed I went quiet over the past year — sorry if it felt like I ghosted you. 👻

I’ve tried to write this post a dozen times. The truth is, after 11 years with the previous mortgage company, I took time to step back, evaluate my priorities, and make sure my next move was the right one. I thought I would be with that company until I retired. The company had changed, I was no longer fulfilled and found myself ready to move on.

I’m excited to share that I’m officially back and have joined Independent Mortgage Brokers! A fantastic company that gives me more flexibility, tools, options, and support to be a better mortgage nerd for years to come.

Thank you for being a part of my career and the reason I love my job! I have a new company, a new email, and exciting new opportunities. Thank you for trusting me with your mortgage in the past and I would love to help you again in the future!

Thanks for sticking around — and I promise there will be no more disappearing acts!

We hit another parenting milestone last night… We got TP’d! We are so happy and lucky that our kids have friends and can prank each other! We will find them, and we will get even!! 😄

When the borrower said they have a 700 credit score… and then you pull the credit report?!! 🤣😂 456 is a player number and NOT a credit score!

For the Broncos home opener we got to go fund raise for the kids dance and stuff orange towels into every single seat in the mile high stadium! It turns out there are over 51,000 seats and my thumbs are sore!

When you’re this cute, it’s okay to nap all day and sleep anywhere you want! Happy Monday!!

We were at the Ga***rd for dance competition a few weeks ago and I glanced at all the new builds in the area from our window thinking, “what do homes cost this close to DIA?!” Apparently it’s almost $500k to live in the shadow of the Ga***rd hotel.
