Disclaimer: Previously, we had used our company address as drop off for donations in kind. We had also used our company e-mail addresses as among our contact information. However, our company feels that it should not be involved with this page to avoid legal issues; hence, we are now using a different drop off address for willing donors and our personal e-mail addresses should you wish to contact us via e-mail. This is a page of concerned individuals who happen to be employed with Green Wire Outsourcing Inc. But we would like to clarify and reiterate that Green Wire Outsourcing Inc. or any private or public companies is absolutely and completely uninvolved in the create of this page and in asking donations for the aid of typhoon victims. Whatever conflicts that may arise from the endeavors of this page will be the sole responsibility of the page administrators. After our first relief mission was a success, and seeing many more families are in dire need of help, we are now looking forward to our next relief mission. Willing donors are encouraged to donate the following:
1. Ready to eat food (ideally repacked: 2 kilos of rice, 2 canned goods, 3 noodles, 2 biscuits)
2. Construction materials (nails, plywood, cement)
5. Tarpaulins (for makeshift tents) would help a lot since most homes were wiped out including buildings. They are now exposed to elements which could cause them sickness.
6. Cash (for house rebuilding, which will be given through a raffle draw; and for Christmas Outreach Program)
7. Used clothings
8. Battery operated flashlights, matchsticks, candles, etc.
9. Toiletries and personal hygiene items (bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, diapers, sanitary napkin, etc)
10. Other relief stuffs like utensils, bags, slippers, shoes, etc. that you no longer use or need that much. We also need vehicle sponsors for each relief mission as vehicle rental is very expensive. On our first relief mission, we spent 12,000Php to transport us and the relief goods to our target destination. 12,000 could have provided 100 more relief goods the first time around.
