And that’s a wrap on our part of Christian’s sacramental journey. Thank you to everyone that made the trek on Thursday to be there with him. I’ve been thinking a lot about how life doesn’t really fit into neat boxes. Work, kids, advocacy, ideas… it all overlaps.

I’m building, learning, advocating, and figuring things out in real time. Sometimes well, sometimes chaotically, always honestly.

This space is going to reflect that more.

The work. The community. The motherhood. The behind-the-scenes of trying to do all of it a little better each day.

was a smashing success and so much fun!!!! The team absolutely crushed it! Paul had a vision and with the help of his amazing family and friends they exceeded the goal and more than doubled it! Congratulations to all of you! Forever humbled to have been the one to announce this amazing event and honoured to call Paul my like-minded friend.

You brought everyone together and for the community! This set the bar quite high in favour of unification & joint efforts! Bravo amigo!

Now this was our first date night in years and it was also the first time in years that my only role at the event was to have fun and I did just that! Maybe too much fun but oh well I had blast and did so in my dress from 93/94.

Can’t wait for the next one! 🕺🏻💃🏼

A lot of you asked what that sound actually was.

A lineman explained what was happening in my last video, and it honestly made everything make more sense, and somehow feel even scarier.

I’m sharing this because I genuinely didn’t know any of it, and maybe others don’t either.

Grateful we’re okay. Still processing.

How do live power lines burning and about to explode make fire truck sounds? This will bug me all night.

Steve called the fire department and they took around half an hour or so to get here so those siren sounds came from those power lines. Not going to lie, I second guessed my own intellect here and let my anxiety take over for a minute but once the explosion I was waiting for happened, I calmed right down. I kept thinking it was going to explode and go away but it just kept growing and getting louder that I forgot that I had good teachers and admittedly did get nervous. Never been so happy to see an explosion in my life!

Here’s hoping I don’t have to skate to work tomorrow because that would be scarier than this fire!

⛳️ Yesterday was the annual .ca golf tournament and it’s always an incredible event but adding the giving component made it extra special!

⛳️ Rock agents, brokers and our lenders alike all agree that our team is the best team!

⛳️ My golf game is weak but my social game is strong so it’s a nice balance. Plus my foursome was awesome and we had a great day!
