I love being the magic behind the curtain that makes people's homeownership dreams come true! What’s better than that?

I always knew I wanted to be in real estate-I just didn’t know in what capacity. I stumbled into the finance side of the industry and I’m grateful I did! Loans are far more creative than most people realize-each one is a puzzle that can be solved in many different ways. For me, the key to finding the right combination of things that uniquely fits my client’s needs. I’ve been doing this ever since I graduated college, first as a compliance officer and then as a loan officer and there’s nothing I’d rather be doing. I love being the magic behind the curtain that makes people’s dreams come true. When I’m not working, I’m with my husband and our dog Rocky watching sports or traveling!

While the Loan Level Price Adjustments that went into play on May 1st remain, the last one to go in place in August for debt-to-income rate is NO more! It is important to note this only impacts Conventional financing. Government backed loans are excluded 💸
