More than 36 years after starting my mortgage career fresh out of UCLA, I’m proud to now have a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of the business. Along with my background in operations, I also bring my experience as a Direct Endorsement FHA Underwriter when I educate my clients on the loan programs that best suit their needs. As the mortgage industry embraces automation and speed in getting loans done, I leverage new technology alongside good old-fashioned customer service, making sure that clients have clear expectations and great results. When I’m not putting together a great loan for a client, I can be found making coffee at 3:45 a.m. I’ve lived in Valencia for the past 24 years with my wife, Tracey, and our dog, Kenobi. Our three adult children have all completed college and are out in the world on their own adventures, but stop by home regularly for BBQs, pool parties, and family time.
