Junior Finance Specialist / Accounting Assistant

FinEx LLC is a fast-growing Shared Service Center based in Prishtina, specialized in international accounting and finance operations. We support companies – especially from German-speaking countries – in digitizing and executing their financial processes efficiently and professionally.
We are looking for a motivated entry-level finance professional who wants to start or grow their career in accounting and finance – with a clear perspective to develop into a Senior Finance Specialist. You will work closely with experienced mentors and gain hands-on experience in modern finance operations.

Your Role – Starting Responsibilities
• Support in day-to-day accounting tasks (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, payment matching, document handling)
• Assist in monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Maintain master data (vendors, customers, accounts)
• Collaborate with international clients and project teams
• Contribute to reports, internal documentation, and audit preparations
• Get involved in process improvements and system-related tasks

Your Profile
• Completed vocational training or university studies in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
• First experience in accounting (e.g. internship, part-time job) is an advantage, but not required
• Interest in international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, HGB, local GAAPs)
• Little German skills (spoken and written)
• Good English skills
• Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and team spirit
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Office; first ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Datev, Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is a plus
