About the Position
FinEx Agents LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team in Prishtina. The successful candidate will support financial operations, reporting, documentation, data analysis, and other finance-related activities for our international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong Excel skills and German language knowledge to work in an international environment and further develop their professional career.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day financial and accounting processes.
Prepare and maintain financial reports.
Perform reconciliations and data checks.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Analyze and process financial data.
Collaborate with international clients and project teams.
Support the improvement and standardization of financial processes.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or a related field.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFERROR, and Pivot Tables.
Ability to process, filter, compare, and analyze financial data.
German language proficiency – minimum B2, both written and spoken.
Good command of English.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of IFRS, HGB, or other relevant financial standards is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of LucaNet is considered an advantage.
Experience with ERP/financial systems such as SAP, DATEV, or Microsoft Dynamics is considered an advantage.
