Coaching is a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between the Client and Coach. The coaching experience supports the Client in establishing new ways of thinking and behaving. The coaching relationship is strength-based, forward-looking, collaborative and confidence building. The coaching agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between the Client and Coach. The role of the Coach is to help the client experience new possibilities for their trading and create meaningful goals. The coaching experience teaches the Client self-mastery so that the Client is fully engaged in the vision he/she has for their life.
