Navara Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited NSCL aims to encourage its members to safely save their monies, provide loans to them with reasonable terms and engage in safe investments of their funds.

Established in 2009, the Navara Savings & Cooperative Society Limited (NSCL) is a registered Cooperative with the Vanuatu Office of the Registrar of Cooperatives & Business Development Services (ORCBDS). The NSCL mandates its members to save their monies in the society, in exchange to providing loan products to them with reasonable terms and engage in safe investments of their funds. In 2021, the

NSCL further extended its loan product to non-members for personal loan and solar home system loans in partnership with the Vanuatu National Green Energy Fund (NGEF).

In the late evening of 11th July 2025, the NSCL has entered into two new important agreements, and being witnessed by the members of the Vautau Backyard Gardening Empowerment Association, at the Vanuatu Cooperative Conference room at Manples area, Port Vila.

The Agreement with the Health Specialist Vanuatu represented by Dr. Sale Vurobaravu is to establish a partnership for the provision of microloans by Navara Financial Service Limited a company registered under the Laws of Vanuatu as a wholly owned subsidiary of NSCL, to Finance Health Specialists Vanuatu preventive Healthcare packages check ups. The scope includes, Heart Health, Blood test, Full Medical Checkups and Medicine Subscriptions.

The Second Agreement is with the NSCL and Maresu Buluiana Consulting, represented by Mr. Sano Ronaleau. MBC consulting is to assist NSCL in inputting its Financial Transactions into the Xero Accounting System for better Managment, Monitoring and Reporting in an effective and timely manner.

This is another milestone for all parties in building up working relationships for a common cause with our local experts.
