To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Experience
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in HR administration, HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role.
• Experience in data collection, reporting, or HR analytics would be an advantage.
• Exposure to Occupational Health and Safety coordination is desirable.
Academic Qualifications
• At least a tertiary Diploma qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Additional training in Occupational Health and Safety or Employee Relations would be an advantage.

Skills and Attributes
• Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle management skills.
• Good employee relations and conflict-handling ability.
• Strong data collection, reporting, and record management skills.
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety matters.
• Excellent confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in dashboards, HR audits, compliance reviews, wellbeing initiatives, or HR analytics would be an advantage.
