Own the retail growth agenda. Set the vision, grow market share and profitability, and turn strategy into real results across all products and channels. You won't just run the Retail Department, you'll build the next phase of our retail business.

✅ Design and execute a data-driven retail growth strategy
✅ Own the Retail P&L and deliver commercial results
✅ Lead branches, sales teams and retail support on the ground
✅ Coach and develop the next generation of commercial leaders
✅ Represent BRED Vanuatu with key external stakeholders
💡 What You Bring
🔹 Significant senior retail banking leadership experience, including P&L ownership
🔹 A proven record of designing growth strategies and hitting ambitious targets
🔹 Strong command of retail products, pricing, segmentation and distribution
🔹 A data-driven mindset that turns insight into action
🔹 The ability to inspire and mobilize teams around a clear vision
🔹 English, French and Bislama are an advantage 🇻🇺
