🔥 What you will do
- Be a story-teller i.e. share your own stories about Saigon and/or Vietnam to other travellers from all over the world;
- Be a master problem-solver i.e. deal with customer’s requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay;
- Undertake front desk duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of the customer, to ensure a superb customer service experience
- Undertake general office duties, including management software, correspondences, emails, files to ensure a smooth operating; and
- Depending on your capability, you could in charge for Marketing, Finance, Human resource, Operation, Event organizing and/or other hostel activities that you would like to set up in your own style to challenge your ability.
- Working schedule:
We have 2 options for you to choose
+ Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
+ Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
and you get 2 days off/ month.

These are Eric and Dennis - the lovely guests that joined the food tour with us. Look how happy they are with "Bún mắm". Although Dennis doesn't like seafood, he still enjoys the noodle so much haha. We had tons of more food in the local market even the Balut "vịt lộn", the pig's brain soup, century eggs,... blah blah so many weird foods but they like it. Aww, we will miss you guys so much!

Back to Vietnamese cuisine and today, we have "Bánh hỏi"!

Bánh hỏi is a Vietnamese dish consisting of rice vermicelli woven into intricate bundles and often topped with chopped scallions or garlic chives sauteed in oil, served with a complementary meat dish. The strings of noodles are usually only as thin as a toothpick; the texture is firm enough so the noodles do not fall apart, but is not at all sticky to keep the dish light and suitable for a breakfast treat.

In central Vietnam, such as Huế, bánh hỏi is eaten with dried prawns and nước chấm. In southern Vietnam, bánh hỏi is eaten with a variety of meats, especially roast pork or duck. There are also bánh hỏi chả giò, bánh hỏi with shrimp paste on sugar cane stick, and bánh hỏi with grilled pork, chicken, or beef. At the Gò Duối market in Xuân Lộc commune, Sông Cầu district, Phú Yên Province, one also finds bánh hỏi lòng heo Gò Duối, which is bánh hỏi with boiled pig offal.
