Hi everyone, especially trainees in Japan!
Don't you think like "procedure of pension refund is complicated..." or "Why I have to send lots of physical documents which really takes cost"..
Actually, that is not correct. And if you use our pension refund service things will get better.
What we want you to do is only 3 things.
1. Apply on our platform via:

Then waiting for our staffs to connect you.
2. Submit necessary documents
After having introduction from our staffs, you will submit documents to us ONLINE via email, or messenger.
3. Inform us when you get first-time refund
After sending documents to us and proceeding, you will wait to receive the pension. At that timing, please inform us so we can proceed the next step on tax refund.
