That's a beautiful one in City Garden. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bathtub, and a large curve balcony view to Landmark81.

The apartment has fully furnished ( 2 guest rooms still empty - easier for new piece of stuff). The most interesting point here is the apartment is already to sell to new foreigner cause it's a SPA quota.

The selling price is 14,5 bill - that's a really good price for a very rare 3 bedrooms SPA in City Garden.

This's an amazing apartment from a clever owner. He's a businessman with a unique style of decor. He designed his own sweet home.

The apartment was a 3 bedrooms apartment. The owner did renovate the whole apartment and make it becomes absolutely transformed. The old kitchen style was very tiny and cramped. The owner broke the wall and made an amazing kitchen with Teka brand. The pattern on the wall and ceiling make it more elegant.

The living room covered with comfy and luxurious sofas, sitting here to watch TV with the Landmark 81 view will be very enjoyable. While sitting at the sofa, you can see the reading room with a bathtub. That area was a bedroom, the owner re-made it to luxury style. The bathroom here is more spacious than any bathroom in the building. The bathroom's wall covered with natural stone, decored with the high-quality interior.
