CẢNH BÁO THỦ ĐOẠN LỪA ĐẢO MÙA TỰU TRƯỜNG | 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰
Mùa tuyển sinh và tựu trường là thời điểm các đối tượng lừa đảo gia tăng hoạt động, lợi dụng nhu cầu nhập học, đóng học phí, đăng ký ký túc xá, thuê trọ và tìm việc làm thêm để chiếm đoạt tài sản.
🚨 Các hình thức lừa đảo phổ biến
1. Giả mạo cơ sở giáo dục
• Lập website, fanpage, email giả mạo trường học.
• Thay đổi số tài khoản hoặc mã QR thanh toán để yêu cầu chuyển tiền.
• Giả danh cán bộ tuyển sinh, giáo viên hoặc ban quản lý ký túc xá, yêu cầu chuyển học phí vào tài khoản cá nhân hoặc cung cấp thông tin ngân hàng.
• Tạo áp lực bằng các thông báo như "Hệ thống sắp đóng", "Chỉ còn một suất", "Không hoàn tất sẽ bị hủy kết quả"... nhằm thúc giục nạn nhân chuyển tiền hoặc cung cấp thông tin.
2. Lừa đảo thuê trọ, việc làm
Đăng tin cho thuê phòng giá rẻ hoặc tuyển cộng tác viên online, sau đó yêu cầu chuyển tiền đặt cọc, phí hồ sơ, phí đào tạo hoặc ứng tiền làm nhiệm vụ.
3. Mạo danh trường học để lừa doanh nghiệp
Giả mạo cơ sở giáo dục đặt mua hàng số lượng lớn, yêu cầu chuyển tiền đặt cọc hoặc thanh toán trước.

The university admission and back-to-school season is a time when scammers become increasingly active, taking advantage of the high demand for admission procedures, tuition payments, dormitory registration, accommodation, and part-time jobs to defraud students, parents, and businesses.
🚨 Common Scam Methods
1. Impersonating Educational Institutions
• Creating fake school websites, fanpages, or email accounts.
• Replacing official bank account numbers or payment QR codes to request money transfers.
• Impersonating admission officers, teachers, or dormitory staff to request tuition payments to personal accounts or collect banking information.
• Creating urgency with messages such as “The system is about to close,” “Only one spot remains,” or “Your admission will be canceled if not completed immediately” to pressure victims into transferring money or disclosing personal information.
2. Accommodation & Job Scams
Posting fake low-cost rental listings or attractive online part-time job opportunities, then asking victims to pay deposits, application fees, training fees, or advance payments for assigned tasks.
3. Impersonating Schools to Defraud Businesses
Posing as educational institutions to place large purchase orders and requesting businesses to make deposits or advance payments before delivery.

► Complete admission procedures and payments only through the official websites, portals, applications and bank accounts of educational institutions.
► Do not transfer money to personal accounts, scan unfamiliar QR codes, access suspicious links or install applications from unknown sources.
► Never share your account information, password, PIN or OTP with anyone.
► Businesses should carefully verify the identity of representatives, transaction documents and payment information before signing contracts or making payments.
► When receiving calls or messages requesting money transfers on behalf of a school or authority, verify the information directly with the relevant organization before taking any action.
