The 2023 Conventional Loan Limits have been officially released. There are some changes to these from what the lenders were anticipating.
Loan limits for single family homes in the USVI are now $1,089,300
2 Unit $1,394,775
3 Unit $1,685,850
4 Unit $2,095,200
Based on the above information, The FHA loan limit for a single-family home on St. Croix should be at least $472,030 when it is announced in a few days.

2023 Loan limits are now available in the USVI. These represent large increases from last year.
Max loan amounts for Conventional loans are as follows;
1 unit $1,073,000
2 units $1,374,000
3 units $1,661,000
4 units $2,064,000
