🔸 Stay indoors during the hottest hours of the day when possible.
🔸 Drink water regularly, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
🔸 Wear lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing when outside.
🔸 Use fans or air conditioning, or visit a cooling center or public place with air conditioning if your home is too warm.
🔸 Watch for signs of heat exhaustion, such as dizziness, headache, confusion, or nausea, and reach out to medical professionals if necessary.

March is Workplace Eye Wellness Month, and it’s the perfect time to consider how your benefits package supports employee eye health.

Routine eye exams do more than just update a prescription for glasses. They can detect early signs of chronic conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure — making vision care a wise investment in your team's overall well-being.

Here are three ways to add or enhance vision coverage:

1️⃣ Group Vision Insurance – Comprehensive and commonly bundled with health or dental plans.
2️⃣ Vision Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) – A tax-advantaged way to reimburse employees for vision care.
3️⃣ Voluntary Vision Benefits – No employer contribution required; employees can opt in and save through group rates.

For big budgets and small budgets alike, there are vision coverage options available for employers. Want to explore the best fit for your team? Give us a call today.
