It’s that time of year again. Pike County bills will be mailed out on Friday, October 2, 2026. They are in my system, so you can see them at pikecountypay.com. I will be working on the ACOs (errors & reliefs) as well as printing the appealed bills so that they will be mailed out on Friday as well.

The Pike County Tax Commissioner’s office is seeking a dependable and professional individual to fill a part-time Tag/Tax Clerk position. This will transition into a full-time position in July 2027. This position assists the public with vehicle title and tag services, property tax transactions, and general office support.
Qualified applicants must have prior office experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer and clerical abilities, and experience in balancing a cash drawer.
Applications may be submitted online through Pike County’s website at pikecoga.com, or applicants may submit a resume in person at the Pike County Tax Commissioner’s Office or by email to [email protected]. If you are interested and you qualify, please apply as soon as possible. We are hoping to have someone in training the first week of August.

Pike County Tax Commissioner’s office will be closed Monday, May 25, for Memorial Day.
