If the appraisal comes in lower than the purchase price, don’t panic. Your lender and agent can help you explore options like renegotiating the price or adjusting the loan structure.

🔹 For Sellers:
Remember that appraisals are based on recent comparable sales not always the true value of your home. If you believe the appraisal is too low, you can challenge it with additional comps or evidence of recent updates.

🔹 For Realtors:
