, ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ, with an incredible ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ and counting journey!! As our Vice President and Consumer Lending, his passion and commitment inspire us all. ๐งก๐
๐งก When asked what he loves most about working at TCB, Rick shared, โItโs always been the people. Both the great customers Iโve gotten to know over the years and the dozens of dedicated employees Iโve been lucky enough to work with. Iโve also been fortunate to move through several different roles over the years, which has kept things interesting and made it feel like Iโve had several careers all at one place.โ
๐ Rick also shares, โItโs tough to narrow it down to only one person who has inspired me the most. Iโve worked with a lot of great people over the years. I think whatโs inspired me most is being around people who do things the right way, take pride in their work and genuinely want to take care of our customers. That's what stands out to me.โ
๐งก Fun fact: Iโm a big National Park guy - especially the Western US and Canadian Parks. My wife and I get out there every year to hike, watch amazing sunsets over snow-capped mountain lakes and spot wildlife like moose and grizzlies! Some of the places I've hiked include into a volcano crater, along a mountain trail with 1,400-foot drops on both sides and through a waist deep river in a canyon with 1,000-foot walls only 20 feet apart.
๐ Itโs been amazing to see how much TCB has grown. When I started, we had one office and around $17 million in assets. Now we have ten banking offices, 3 lending centers, a wealth management department, more than 140 employees, and around $700 million in assets. Iโve been fortunate to be part of that growth and watch how far we've come.
