Motto Mortgage Preferred Partners is growing, and we are looking to add an experienced, self-motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to our team. This is a full-time, commission-based position with no income cap, ideal for driven professionals who want flexibility, strong support, and unlimited earning potential.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
Highly self-motivated and goal-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage your pipeline independently
Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
Active NMLS license (or ability to maintain in good standing)
Position Details
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-based + production bonuses
