We are aware of this announcement and the impact it has on our community. Many of our clients, friends, and family are affected by this decision. Please know that you WILL have options come the Open Enrollment period in October, but we cannot discuss those options before then.
It’s important that you TALK TO YOUR AGENT. Do not speak to a telemarketer, the carrier directly, or someone you’re unfamiliar with. They don’t know who your doctors are or what prescriptions you take. Medicare will never call you directly. If anyone asks you for your Medicare number or personal information, do NOT give it to them.
We also ask that you please be patient and kind to our office and staff. It will be an extremely busy time as we try to help the 30,000+ members affected by this announcement. We might not be able to return your call that same day, or even meet with you that same week. We have 3 agents who can assist with Medicare in our office.
