Hi, I'm Madison! 👋
If you've been following Castello Agency for a while, chances are you've already gotten to know me a little—whether we've worked together on an insurance quote or you've seen one of the posts I've created for our page.
One of my favorite parts of my job is helping make insurance feel a little less overwhelming. I enjoy gathering the details, helping clients get the quoting process started, answering questions along the way, and making sure they feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
I also get to combine my insurance role with my background in marketing by managing our social media, educational content, and other marketing efforts. I genuinely love finding creative ways to make insurance easier to understand while sharing more of the people, businesses, and community behind Castello Agency. 💙
I'm incredibly grateful to work with a team I love and to be part of an agency that truly cares about the people we serve.
