Today marks the beginning of the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane Season and serves as a reminder of the importance of being prepared. As your community bank, we also understand the importance of planning ahead and helping to ensure our customers, employees, and communities are ready to face whatever challenges may arise.

Our BOZ team was proud to participate in the recent Emergency Preparedness Coalition meeting hosted by the Louisiana Bankers Association, where banking professionals and community partners came together to discuss strategies for strengthening emergency readiness and response. Through collaboration, communication, and proactive planning, we can help to build stronger, more resilient communities.

As hurricane season begins, we encourage everyone to stay prepared, stay informed, and stay safe.

Congratulations to Ben Wroten, 2025-2026 Redhawk Branch Student Teller, on being awarded the 2026 LBEC First-Time College Freshman Scholarship!

Each year, the Louisiana Bankers Education Council (LBEC) awards scholarships to outstanding first-time college freshmen who are employed by a Louisiana bank or have a parent employed in banking, and who plan to pursue a banking-related field at an accredited Louisiana college or university.

Ben’s hard work has certainly paid off, and we are incredibly proud to see him receive this well-deserved honor. Great job!

The Bank of Zachary team was proud to participate in the West Feliciana Parish School System Recruitment Extravaganza at Bains Lower Elementary on Thursday. The event brought together local families, schools, and businesses to support enrollment in the Early Head Start and Head Start programs.

We always appreciate opportunities to connect with our community and support events that make a positive impact for local families. That's the Bank of Zachary way! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this great event!

Bank of Zachary will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. We honor and remember the brave men and women who served our country. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26.

Tuesday’s Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce Business & Community Expo was a great success, bringing together businesses, organizations, and community members from across the parish for an outstanding day of networking and community engagement. And there’s no place we’d rather be!

Our amazing team enjoyed connecting with attendees and sharing how Bank of Zachary continues to support individuals, families, and businesses throughout the communities we serve.
