Our Strategic Planning Day is scheduled for July 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please see the attached flyer for additional details.
This year, our focus will be on the sustainability of programs in a limited-funding environment. Together, we will explore how to maintain and strengthen programs that have a meaningful local impact, even when dedicated funding is no longer available.
We hope to have representation from all three counties and from the various domains of the early childhood system, including Health, Learning and Development, and Family Education and Support. Your perspectives and expertise are valuable as we shape ECCYWK’s strategic priorities for the coming funding year.
A light breakfast, coffee, and lunch will be provided.
Please RSVP to me by July 6th if you would like to participate and contribute to the development of the ECCYWK Strategic Plan for the next funding year.
