Katie joined Chicago Title Agency in 1992 and is Escrow Officer for the Foothills Branch. Katie has over 35 years in our industry ranging from Escrow and Title to Collections Departments. She is well versed in all aspects of your real estate transaction. She routinely handles transactions including new construction, manufactured or mobile homes, for sale by owner contracts and has a thorough understanding of transactions involving Estates and Trusts.

JEFF RUDOLPH
Title Officer

Jeff began his title career in 1989. During the 15 years that followed, Jeff developed a diverse skill set while serving as a team member at multiple title companies in California. His experience includes customer service, title searching and examining, managing production, curative responsibilities and underwriting. Jeff relocated to Yuma in 2004 where he joined the staff at Chicago Title Agency. As the Title Only Officer, Jeff produces both local and national account directed transactions. This gives him the opportunity to regularly work on projects with a full range of complexity and property types. Jeff also supports realtors, lenders and members of the public by responding to general, title-based inquiries. When new subdivisions are created, he works with builders to complete their applications for the State of Arizona public disclosure reports.

Cheryl is a Yuma native and has been with Chicago Title Agency for over 28 years. She is highly knowledgeable in all aspects regarding Escrow. She handles all transaction including but not limited to Residential, Commercial, 1031 Exchanges, VA Repo’s, Relocations, Short Sales and Fannie Mae transactions. She is dedicated to all of her clients and gives her very best.

Sales Manager

Bekka Wyant has made a career of managing and sales. Whether it be managing an office or files she meticulously and efficiently completes anything she works on. Bekka began her career with Chicago Title in 2005. It is here that she found a company that she believes in and a career she excelled in. She worked in escrow until she moved to the Phoenix area. While in Phoenix she worked for a prestigious law firm specializing in Trust Administration and Estate Planning. Upon returning to Yuma she regained employment with Chicago Title first returning to escrow and then moving on to her newest role as Sales Manager. Bekka is excited to bring energy and growth to Chicago Title. She is passionate about providing tools and services that will help agents and lenders save time and money.

Wayne grew up in rural Williston, North Dakota and graduated from Minot State University with a degree in Business Management. Wayne began his career in the hospitality industry shortly after college graduation. Wayne moved to Yuma, AZ in 1995 to further his career in the hospitality industry while adding marketing and sales experience to his resume, which helped him grow into the real estate industry for the next 14 plus years. Wayne brings knowledge in home building, sales and marketing, expertise in real estate and escrow/title to the Yuma Chicago Title Team.

An avid Dallas Cowboys fan Wayne loves Sunday football, spending time with his wife Staycie of 17 years and 14 year old daughter.
