This one was a little unique! The property was previously used as an Airbnb, and we were able to negotiate the home to be purchased fully furnished, making it an incredible opportunity for the buyer.

Because the buyers are seasonal workers, getting this file to the closing table required extra coordination and attention to detail. I’m grateful to have been able to help guide the financing side to make this closing possible.
